Contributor Agreement

This Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bunny Hop Designs (“Bunny Hop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual submitting creative work (“Contributor,” “you”).

This Agreement supplements and is incorporated by reference into the Bunny Hop Designs Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern.

By submitting written content, images, illustrations, designs, or other creative material (“Work”) to Bunny Hop Designs, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your Work. Nothing in this Agreement transfers copyright or ownership of your Work to Bunny Hop Designs.

2. License Grant

Consistent with Section 24 of the Terms of Service, you grant Bunny Hop Designs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and, where applicable, sell products featuring the Work, solely in connection with:

• The Bunny Hop Journal
  

• The Bunny Hop Designs website and Services
  

• Marketing, promotion, and social media
  

• Print-on-demand products offered through Bunny Hop Designs
  

This license permits Bunny Hop Designs to format, resize, crop, or otherwise adapt the Work as reasonably necessary for publication, display, or production, provided the original creative intent is respected.

3. Artwork Used on Products

If your Work is selected for use on merchandise (including but not limited to t-shirts), Bunny Hop Designs may produce and sell products featuring the Work under the license granted above.

Submission of Work does not guarantee placement on products. Product selection, presentation, pricing, and availability are determined solely by Bunny Hop Designs in accordance with the Terms of Service.

4. Credits and Compensation

Bunny Hop Designs may, at its discretion, offer non-cash credits (“Credits”) to Contributors as a gesture of appreciation for accepted Submissions. Credits may be used toward purchases on the Bunny Hop Designs website and have no cash value.

At the time of launch:

• Accepted written Journal submissions are currently eligible for 2,500 points; and
  

• Artwork used on products may be eligible for Credits calculated as a reasonable percentage of net sales, the specific percentage to be determined and communicated separately.
  

Credits are issued through Bunny Hop Designs’ points-based rewards system, which may also award points for purchases made on the site. Credit values, eligibility, issuance rules, expiration, and availability may be modified, adjusted, or discontinued at any time.

Credits are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and do not constitute wages, royalties, or guaranteed compensation unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Attribution

Where reasonably practicable, Bunny Hop Designs will credit you as the creator of the Work. The form, placement, and medium of attribution may vary depending on usage and platform.

6. Withdrawal of Work

You may request removal of your Work from future use by contacting Bunny Hop Designs in writing. Such removal will not affect:

• Content already published
  

• Products already produced or sold
  

• Marketing or promotional materials already distributed
  

7. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator and owner of the Work, or have all rights necessary to submit it
  

• The Work does not infringe any copyright, trademark, moral right, privacy right, or other third-party right
  

• Submission and use of the Work as described complies with all applicable laws and agreements
  

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunny Hop Designs in accordance with Section 17 (Indemnification) of the Terms of Service.

8. Independent Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and Bunny Hop Designs. You submit Work as an independent contributor.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law provisions set forth in Section 21 of the Terms of Service.

10. Acceptance

Submission of Work constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Contributor Agreement and the Bunny Hop Designs Terms of Service.

Bunny Hop Designs is built on respect for creative work and the people who make it.
